ARAS created two signature events as part of the marketing strategy for Rose Hills Memorial Park to invite the community at large to visit the memorial park. Strategy for the events included promotion, marketing, public relations, media, social media influencers and production of a cultural event.
Día de los Muertos Cultural Festival
The signature event opened the memorial park gates attracting surrounding communities to celebrate the mystic beauty of an old tradition. We executed the creative design, marketing, event landing page, Facebook page, social media campaign, and public relations. We strengthened relationships with key community stakeholders, engaged with corporations, and developed media partnerships. Our Public Relations team had exceptional results as each year the event drew more media coverage, public officials, community members, and by the 6th year, over 36,000 people attended. It became an annual signature event for Rose Hills and was on the list of top 10 events in Los Angeles.
