Adventist Health White Memorial
The community-based hospital was rebranded to be part of the Adventist Health system. Our team participated in focus groups to gain brand insight, brand perception and emotion from the patients who experienced the functional benefits of the brand. The bilingual rebrand campaign for Adventist Health White Memorial was dovetailed with a service line campaign which resulted in the growth of the total market share from 6.3% to 8%.
Research based, led by strategy and in collaboration with our client, a bi-lingual all media campaign was executed. The campaign featured beloved hospital physicians and clinical staff to build trust in the new brand as service lines were highlighted.
