Project Description

The annual Angel Awards is hosted by the Catholic Association for Latino Leaders, a non-profit association. ARAS produced the annual fundraiser since its inception in 2012.  The gala is a formal evening event that recognizes the work of Latino leaders in numerous industries. The gala is an anticipated event as each year the venue was different to allow for creative production and memorable guest experience. Venues included California Science Center – Space Shuttle Endeavor, The Jonathan Clug, Our Lady of the Angels, and the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion.

Services

Graphic design, brand development, sponsor development, marketing, tribute book layout and content development, program script, stage management, sound check, Run of Show, load-in, set up and breakdown, logistic support, media relations, secured venues, negotiated contracts, vendors, host, and on-site team to manage the production with an additional team for guest registration.
